Established in 1998 – FMS (ACT) Pty Ltd, Trading as Facilities Maintenance Solutions, has been providing a high quality Mechanical Contracting service to Canberra and Regional NSW.

We provide Mechanical Services Installations, Upgrades, Repairs and Maintenance for Commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. We have an established network in the ACT and region and are able to quickly and efficiently respond to client requirements.

The company focus is on providing a value ‘solutions’ contracting and maintenance service through partnering with our Clients, suppliers and service providers. Our philosophy recognises the importance of Client specific requirements and welcomes their input into the services we provide.
